I currently work as an Engineering Manager at Straumann, where I focus on building and scaling Data, MLOps, and Machine Learning Platform teams and infrastructure. My work sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, machine learning operations, cloud platforms, and organizational design.
I’m passionate about creating high-performing engineering environments where people can collaborate effectively, challenge ideas openly, and continue growing together. My leadership style combines strategic thinking with a hands-on technical background, shaped by years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, and platform development.
